The Hanoi Society for Vietnam Public Administration (HASOVPA) is a professional organization dedicated to public administration, policy research, international cooperation, and sustainable development in Hanoi, Vietnam.

HASOVPA operates under the Hanoi Friendship Association, which is affiliated with the Hanoi Union of Friendship Organizations (HUFO), a member organization of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO). Through this structure, HASOVPA participates in Vietnam’s people-to-people diplomacy network and contributes to international cooperation, policy innovation, academic exchange, and sustainable development initiatives.

Hanoi Friendship Association

The Hanoi Friendship Association serves as an international cooperation and people-to-people diplomacy platform that connects government agencies, universities, research institutes, businesses, experts, and international partners with the City of Hanoi.

The Association has evolved from the foundation of the Vietnam–Korea Friendship Association of Hanoi (VIKOFA), gradually expanding its mission from bilateral Vietnam–Korea friendship activities to broader international cooperation programs. Today, the Hanoi Friendship Association promotes collaboration in education, science and technology, innovation, sustainable development, smart city initiatives, cultural exchange, and international partnership development.

Under the leadership of Vice President Mr. Nguyen Anh Duc, the Association actively strengthens cooperation networks among local governments, universities, research institutions, enterprises, and international organizations, contributing to the advancement of people-to-people diplomacy and sustainable development in Hanoi and beyond.

하노이 공공행정협회(Hanoi Society for Vietnam Public Administration, HASOVPA)는 베트남 하노이를 중심으로 공공행정, 정책연구, 국제협력 및 지속가능발전 분야에서 활동하는 전문기관이다.

HASOVPA는 하노이 친선협회(Hanoi Friendship Association) 산하의 공공행정 전문 조직으로서, 하노이 친선연맹(HUFO: Hanoi Union of Friendship Organizations)을 통해 베트남 친선연맹(VUFO: Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations)의 민간외교 및 국제협력 네트워크와 연계되어 활동하고 있다.

HASOVPA는 공공행정 전문가, 연구자, 대학, 연구기관, 기업 및 국제협력 기관을 연결하는 플랫폼 역할을 수행하며, 행정혁신, 디지털 전환, 스마트시티 구축, 국제협력 및 지속가능발전 모델 개발을 지원하고 있다.

하노이 친선협회는 하노이시를 대표하는 국제협력 및 민간외교 플랫폼으로서, 정부기관, 지방정부, 대학, 연구기관, 기업 및 해외 파트너를 연결하는 역할을 수행하고 있다.

하노이 친선협회는 과거 베트남-한국 친선협회 하노이지부(VIKOFA: Vietnam–Korea Friendship Association of Hanoi)를 기반으로 발전하였으며, 현재는 한국뿐만 아니라 ASEAN 및 다양한 국제 파트너와의 협력을 추진하는 보다 포괄적인 국제협력 조직으로 확대되고 있다.

특히 교육, 과학기술, 스마트시티, ESG, 지속가능발전, 문화교류 및 국제 프로젝트 개발 분야에서 활발한 협력 활동을 전개하고 있으며, 하노이시 및 서호(Tây Hồ) 지역의 행정·사회 네트워크와 긴밀히 협력하고 있다.

현재 하노이 친선협회는 Nguyen Anh Duc 부회장을 중심으로 국내외 기관과의 협력 네트워크를 확대하고 있으며, 국제교류와 민간외교를 통해 하노이와 국제사회를 연결하는 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다.

Hanoi Society for Vietnam Public Administration (HASOVPA)

Hanoi Society for Vietnam Public Administration (HASOVPA) là tổ chức chuyên môn hoạt động trong lĩnh vực hành chính công, nghiên cứu chính sách, hợp tác quốc tế và phát triển bền vững tại Thủ đô Hà Nội.

HASOVPA trực thuộc Hội Hữu nghị Hà Nội (Hanoi Friendship Association), một tổ chức thành viên của Liên hiệp các Tổ chức Hữu nghị Thành phố Hà Nội (HUFO – Hanoi Union of Friendship Organizations). Thông qua hệ thống này, HASOVPA tham gia vào mạng lưới đối ngoại nhân dân của Hà Nội và Việt Nam, góp phần thúc đẩy hợp tác quốc tế, giao lưu văn hóa, nghiên cứu chính sách và phát triển cộng đồng.

Hội Hữu nghị Hà Nội (Hanoi Friendship Association)

Hội Hữu nghị Hà Nội là tổ chức đối ngoại nhân dân có vai trò kết nối các tổ chức, chuyên gia, doanh nghiệp, trường đại học và đối tác quốc tế với Thủ đô Hà Nội.

Tổ chức này được phát triển trên nền tảng của Hội Hữu nghị Việt Nam – Hàn Quốc Thành phố Hà Nội (VIKOFA), từng bước mở rộng phạm vi hoạt động từ hợp tác song phương Việt Nam – Hàn Quốc sang mô hình hợp tác quốc tế đa phương. Với định hướng mới, Hội Hữu nghị Hà Nội trở thành nền tảng hợp tác quốc tế rộng mở, hỗ trợ các hoạt động giao lưu nhân dân, giáo dục, khoa học công nghệ, đổi mới sáng tạo, phát triển đô thị thông minh và phát triển bền vững.

Hiện nay, Hội Hữu nghị Hà Nội do Phó Chủ tịch Nguyễn Anh Đức tham gia điều hành và tích cực thúc đẩy các chương trình hợp tác với các cơ quan, địa phương, trường đại học, viện nghiên cứu và doanh nghiệp trong và ngoài nước.
