Objective:

The GSF (G-Smart Future) based regional centers and collaboration community aim to support Korean language education programs, study abroad opportunities, and employment programs by collaborating with VTHR (Training & Human Resource Development Association), regional universities in Vietnam, and various universities and local governments in Korea. This initiative seeks to expand educational and employment opportunities between Vietnam and Korea, promoting human resource development in both countries.

Collaboration Structure:

1. VTHR and Regional Universities in Vietnam:
• VTHR collaborates with regional universities across Vietnam to provide Korean language education programs and facilitate opportunities for students to study or work in Korea.
• Each university provides educational facilities, resources, student recruitment, and administrative support.
2. Universities and Local Governments in Korea:
• Korean universities accept Vietnamese students through study abroad programs, offering Korean language education and vocational training.
• Local governments in Korea work to expand employment opportunities for Vietnamese students, enhancing regional economic connections.

Korean Language Education Programs:

• Curriculum Development: Create comprehensive Korean language programs ranging from basic to advanced levels.
• Native Teacher Support: Utilize native Korean teachers to ensure accurate pronunciation and grammar instruction.
• Online and Offline Education: Provide flexible access to education through both online and offline programs.

Study Abroad Programs:

• Student Exchange Programs: Operate exchange programs between universities in both countries, allowing students to experience different cultures and educational systems.
• Scholarship Support: Offer various scholarship programs to help students focus on their studies without financial burden.
• Administrative Support: Provide visa issuance, accommodation, and other administrative support for international students.

Employment Programs:

• Vocational Training: Develop specialized vocational training programs to equip students with skills needed in various industries.
• Internship Opportunities: Link students with internships at companies in both Vietnam and Korea.
• Employment Matching: Offer job matching services to connect graduates with employment opportunities in Vietnamese and Korean companies.
