The project is strategically positioned in both onshore and offshore locations within Vinh Hai Commune, covering a total area of 2,000 hectares. The project is divided into:
- Onshore Area: 295 hectares of land that has been secured by Phu Thanh Company Limited.
- Offshore Area: 1,705 hectares of sea area adjacent to the onshore site.
This division allows the project to optimize wind energy production by utilizing both land and sea resources.
