    This report aims to strengthen collaboration between KIOST and CWCA to refine and implement the Microalgae-Based Blue Carbon (BCM) pilot project. Through the pilot project in Ninh Hoa, the practical effectiveness of Blue Carbon will be verified, and connections with the ASEAN and global carbon credit markets will be strengthened. Based on KIOSTโ€™s technical feedback, we have developed an improvement plan for the project, proposed strategies for sustained R&D cooperation, and outlined a joint collaboration framework between governments, research institutions, and industries.
